At Williams Personalized Care, when you call during office hours, you’ll speak with a caring staff member who is genuinely concerned about your health and well-being. If you need to leave a message, we ensure your call is returned promptly. For urgent matters, Dr. Williams and the team will make every effort to expedite a response to address your needs.

If an urgent medical issue arises outside of our regular office hours, Dr. Williams and his team are available to assist. We strive to reduce the need for urgent care visits or emergency room trips by offering direct communication for medical concerns. For life-threatening emergencies, always call 911 first.

We value your time at Williams Personalized Care. Dr. Williams and the team aim to start your appointments promptly, minimizing wait times so that your visit is focused on quality time with the doctor, not waiting in the office.

Dr. Williams ensures that each appointment allows ample time to address all of your questions and concerns. Appointments typically last 30 minutes, but for more comprehensive visits, such as a Comprehensive Annual Health Assessment, appointments may extend to 60 minutes, depending on your specific needs.

While our office hours are designed to accommodate patients when our full staff is available, Dr. Williams understands that occasional visits outside regular hours may be necessary. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs, ensuring you receive the care you deserve at a time that works for you.

Dr. Williams is committed to your long-term health and wellness. The practice prioritizes preventive medicine, educating you on the importance of fitness, weight management, and healthy living. In addition to the clinical services offered, we help you identify wellness providers and resources to support your efforts in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

If hospitalization is necessary, Dr. Williams will make himself available to communicate with you and advocate on your behalf. Even if you’re admitted to a facility where Dr. Williams isn’t the attending physician, he will coordinate care by communicating with the hospital staff and ensuring continuity of care as much as possible.

In the event that you need care in an independent or skilled nursing facility, Dr. Williams will be available to communicate with the healthcare team and provide guidance on a case-by-case basis. He is also available to offer counsel to your family, addressing concerns and ensuring quality care during your stay.
