Concierge Medicine?
In a concierge medicine practice your doctor commits to limit the number of patients in their practice to ensure you receive adequate time and availability, and to provide an enhanced level of care to help you achieve optimal wellness.
Extended, unrushed visits allow your doctor to spend meaningful time with you, build strong relationships, and work collaboratively to provide more comprehensive, proactive care than in traditional practices.
The annual membership fee to be part of the practice covers these patient benefits and more. The fee is not covered by insurance but can be paid in installments. This is separate from traditional fees for healthcare services, which can be billed and covered by insurance.
Mark H. Williams, MD
Dr. Mark Williams is board-certified in Family Medicine and has over 30 years’ experience practicing medicine. Since 2014 he practiced at Pickerill, Adler, Reed, and Williams Family Medicine in Lafayette and has now started Williams Personalized Care, a concierge family medicine practice.
His decision to change to a concierge, or membership based, model was based on the desire to provide patients with the time, availability, and quality of care they deserve.

Your time is valuable, and your health deserves prompt attention. With a smaller practice, Dr. Williams offers longer appointment times, and scheduling allows for same or next day sick visits.
Continuity of Care
Unlike traditional practices where you may need to schedule an appointment with the first available doctor, you will be seen by Dr. Williams- the physician who knows you best.
Direct Communication
You no longer have to worry about making multiple calls or sending follow up portal messages. Calls will be answered live or returned promptly.
